The aim of the course is to discover how changing thought processes can give some support to people who find themselves in the eye of the storm of relationship difficulties, with either parents, siblings, friends or indeed partners and spouses.

Clare believes that it’s really important to have an open dialogue about relationship difficulties with love and understanding. The course has been developed on the basis that what we think impacts how we feel and if we can change how we think, we can change how we feel and that might just be enough of a change to make things manageable.
