It’s National Fitness Day! What are you doing to clear out your own mental cobwebs and involve yourself to some active challenges? The Ripple Pond are also adding mental challenges too as well at physical ones. Mental fitness, helped by making your own space in your mind comfortable, organised and your own. It might sound peculiar but if we are mentally strong, we can be physically strong. Invictus Games has shown us that whatever we put our minds to, we can overcome huge obstacles.
