Spiritual healer, Clare, has been offering ongoing support to our members, providing regular guided meditation sessions. Often focussing on a particular theme or issue, Clare's sessions a combination of talking and energy healing.

The team behind The Warrior Programme understand the unique challenges and demands faced by Forces families, and offer spouses, partners, adult children (over 18), siblings, parents and extended family members the opportunity to learn the skills to develop their self-reliance, confidence and self esteem. Rebecca Gallimore joined us to talk about everything from how to improve our self-awareness, communication and relationships, to how we can manage our negative emotions, and even how to introduce self-care.

Delivered by Sheffield Mind, Doncaster Mind and Rotherham and Barnsley Mind, 'Keeping Families in Mind' is a service that offers support and therapy to the families of serving and veteran Armed Forces personnel.
